Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Southern Prep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or other scents

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Items that have been altered
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@southernprepky.com with your order number. We will provide you with:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns), OR
  • Instructions to drop off at our store location

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs completely.

For returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or other customer reasons, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify its condition:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
